Things you need to know (Part1)

Top of the morning to you all and happy independence day. I thought its important I quickly share this with you all. Really want to appreciate my viewer. and those who take out time to comment. You all are wonderful. "19 hard things you need to know to be successful"

1. You have to make the call you're afraid to make: Most especially, this happens when we re in dying need of a capital and need a few hands to assist or when we need someone to approve a project and we get scared of getting a negative response, we keep to ourselves and believe we can do it all on our own... Guess its high time we break the fear and call when necessary and we'd see how easy it seems. When we get rejected at the first call, remember there re many other contacts or people who u can reach out to and they re willing and ready to help without u saying a word... Make the call you're afraid and you'd be surprised about what response you'd get.

2. Get up earlier than you want to get up... Successful people don't sleep and expect success to come to them automatically. They do the inconvenient, sleep late, wake up early trying to find solutions to the things that will be of benefit to themselves and their surroundings. The makers of our phones, ipads, computers n the likes re having sleepless night so we can enjoy what we have now and this we appreciate them for.

3.Give more than you get in return: if you don't give more, you can't get any better in return...

4. Care more about others than they care more about you.

5. Lead when no one is following yet When you're just coming up in the labour market or as a student, as an employee, when it seems you're putting your best to a thing n no one seems to notice or appreciate it, do not relent but find a way to do it better n with time, people will begin to flow in your own direction. Set the pace and surely others will follow.

6. Invest in yourself even though no one is: the term invest doesn't relate only to money, it also involves technology, reading books, being a member to an associate and the likes. No one will take responsibility for you not playing a role in your mental n psychological growth... You're responsible for that which you need to be a success and you have to do it now cos there's no better time.

7. Look like a fool while looking for answers you don't have; this doesn't say you re a fool or whatsoever, it means you have to be ready to get answers for the things you don't understand especially from the ones that know it... You'd realize that when you're in a class and you ask a lecturer a question you don't understand, there are people who will look at you as being dumb or so... No one knows it all when it comes to acquiring knowledge, be willing to learn.

I will share the next 12point in my next post.

THE SEVEN C'S OF SUCCESS........

1. CLARITY: Eighty percent of success comes from being clear on who you are, what you believe in and what you want.

2. COMPETENCE: You can't climb to the next rung of the ladder until you are excellent at what you do.

3. CONCENTRATION: The ability to focus on one thing single-mindedly and see it through until it's done, takes more character than anything else.

4. CREATIVITY: Flood your life with ideas from many sources. Creativity needs to be exercised like a muscle . If you don't use it, you will lose it.

5. COURAGE: Most in demand and least in supply. Courage is the willingness to do things you know are right..

6. CONTINUOUS LEARNING: Read, at the very least , one book a week in business to keep you miles anead of the competition. And just as you eath and bathe, organise your time.

MY THOUGHTS........

Good morning friends, Hope you slept well?
Today I am strictly here to Educate some hardworking, passionate and self determined persons that wants success but don't know they have faulty financial plan. It's popularly said, A man going down the wrong path does not need motivation but Education. Most people don't need motivation but EDUCATION. If someone is an idiot and you motivate him, you then have a motivated-idiot
Let me ask you some questions you should honestly answer to evaluate your financial plan:

1. Who is your financial mentor or role model?
It is very important to look for someone that has achieved the goal you want to achieve, learn what and what they did to get there and you are going to get there too. Don't just like to be as successful as they are but neglect the price they paid. Be ready and willing to pay the price too! For instance your role model is Robert kiyosaki or Jim Rohn, but you are busy looking for paid job! that's a contrast. It means you are confused. So define your financial mentor and define their success path too.
2. Are you currently doing what you love doing? is your passion in it? or just for the money.
Find what you love doing and make it your job, you would never work all your life. Don't be among those that hates Mondays. For instance I have discovered I love motivating, helping and giving people business/financial ideas...I love seeing people making millions all courstesy of advice I gave them freely, it's now my job! So find what you love doing and make it your job.
3. Are you building your dream or someone else's ?
I am not going to dwell on this for much but the truth be told working for people will never get you anywhere near financial freedom. Leave your comfort zone! Even if it is pure water, GO HAWK IT! Whatever it's going to take, just take charge of your financial life.
4. How many hours are you paid for daily? Every individual has just 24hrs each day and that's the maximum you are paid for each day (that is, you work 24hrs without sleeping, which you know it's not possible). It will amaze you to know that all wealthy people you know today are paid for more than 10,000hrs daily...Bill gates is paid for more than 100,000hrs daily, Aliko Dangote is paid for over 70,000hrs daily, etc so expand the number of hours you are paid for each day.
You can make up in number what you lack in skill-- Jim Rohn

5. Must you goto work, sell something, do something each day before you are paid? What about going on vacation for say 6months and still being paid. Have you ever thought of these? The trends are changing, it's all about working smart and not working hard.
6. Finally, get God's hand involved in whatever you are doing. Let him help you, instead be part of his miracle process.

Inspiration: You Can Dream Again.

When I was a child, my teachers and parents said to me, ‘people who have no dreams of the future will not fly far away’. Because of those inspiring words from my parents and teachers, I followed my dream and make big plans, big plans attract big people while small plans attract small people and small people cause big problems. I make these decision because dreams are the only way to alter the future and lay hold on a better DESTINY.

Today, I encourage you that you can still live your dreams no matter the challenges and situations of life you find your self.Your courage and perseverance will reward you with great success If you know how to take your actions and ideals forward with a sense of justice, the forces of Heaven will support you and will receive the success you desire. Always keep your spirit in harmony with nature.

This period is full of useful opportunities for you to achieve what you want. This is a transitional phase which can move you from a negative problematic phase to a positive serene phase. Continue to be prudent: success is in your hands and nearby.

Inspiration:The path to progress.

The path to progress is not going to be an easy walk. You know that, right? When you set big goals, you set yourself up for an uphill climb. You’ll be working against a culture that encourages mediocrity as well as your own tendencies to procrastinate, be lazy, and question yourself.

But you can still reach your goals. Focus. Work on one or two big goals at time. Act instead... of planning or organizing. Don’t over-complicate things. Get what you need to get the job done.

Track your progress along the way, celebrate each milestone with rewards, and share what you’re doing along the way. The path to progress isn’t easy, but it’s fulfilling, invigorating, and the views are a heck of a lot better.

All the best!
